1960. In Wettolsheim, in the shadow of the first hills of the Alsatian vineyard, a house opens its doors. It is called Au Soleil. For more than sixty years, three generations of the same family have kept alive the art of Alsatian hospitality. The warm welcome, the generous table, the care given to each room — it is a way of being. In 2026, the house enters a new era with the opening of its new restaurant and 11 additional rooms.
